The Delaware State Fair has long celebrated the traditions and community spirit that make the First State unique. This year, the Institute on the Constitution is bringing the American View of Law and Government directly to fairgoers. Led by President Larry Mayo and Vice President Chris Rowe, IOTC is using this opportunity to connect with citizens, churches, and community leaders—sharing the message of constitutional education, civic responsibility, and the principles that shaped our nation.
